It's Hard To Find Good Help

Yeah, what's you gonna do? It's the middle of the year and laid-off teachers aren't hanging by the phone despite the much ballyhooed working conditions in Lynn Public Schools. Last month alone seven teachers were assigned to fill various teaching positions throughout the school system. Of those seven four were not certified for their position.

I know certification is just a piece of paper, but if your doctor didn't have that piece of paper would you find another place to go?

  1. Stan, I heard ya. You know a lot of the teachers that do work in our system, their cert/qual's have been pencil wipped. I know firsthand. If someone was to dig deeper into what is allowed to be an educator and see what we are working with, you would have a heart attack. I work for the system and I'm telling you if you look deeper and talk to the right people you would blow the top off the corrupt system.

  2. Can you lead us to the right people? Or have the right people talk to Stan? You can see with the asbestos issue, a person gave a letter to Stan and he published in anonymously and it led to an article in the Item, disseminating the information.
