LACC Welcomes Gallo Law Office
The Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Attorney Charles (“Charlie”) N. Gallo to the organizationwith a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Gallo recently founded Gallo Law Office in his hometown of Lynn, MA and has worked primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate for a decade.
LOCATED at 15 Johnson Street, Suite B in Lynn, Gallo Law Office offers clients a multi-level of critical SERVICES.
Gallo represents retirees, individuals planning for retirement, senior citizens, and their families; prepares both complex and simple estate plans that may include wills, trusts, health care proxies, POWERS OF ATTORNEY, nominations of guardians for minor children, and homesteads; and interfaces frequently with Medicaid law and asset protection strategies, which take into account the costs of long term care. Gallo Law Office helps clients to avoid depletion of savings or loss of a home to pay for NURSING home care.
In addition, Gallo also assists families who have lost a loved one in navigating the estate administration process, as well as families with children or adults who REQUIRE special needs estate planning.
In 2011, Gallo was asked to co-author Special Needs Trusts for Persons Under Guardianship or Conservatorship, a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) publication. He also served as a faculty member at the MCLE seminar on the same topic, currently teaches courses at North Shore Community COLLEGE AND is also the assistant director of a non-profit corporation that has served hundreds of elderly and disabled individuals.
Prior to founding Gallo Law Office, he worked as an attorney at Weston Patrick, PA, a professional association of attorneys located in downtown Boston, and for the Law Office of Peter Macy in Andover. Before becoming an attorney, Charlie worked as a paralegal and trust administrator while enrolled in the evening division of Suffolk UNIVERSITY Law School.

It's fine. He did not do much for the schools and students anyway, except get rid of valuable free help we need more by starting his anti-christian campaign.
ReplyDeleteI DO NOT THINK CHUCK IS ANTI-CHISTIAN! I do however think he primarily worships a GOD of a more political persuasion.
ReplyDeleteEstate lawyer? Or legal thief? We know what happens to property he harnesses under his own name so the state will give elders benefits. What happens when elders pass away? Where does the estate go in the lawyers name? Yeah we know. Good ol Chuck to save the day. No thanks with the help.
