This may sound silly since we are talking such a small amount when looking at the big picture.

2012 committee vote to boost Latham’s base pay from $175,000 to $190,000. 

Fast forward 3 years.

her new salary and boost her base pay from $192,500 to $207,000 


So the base automatically ROSE $2500 ALL BY ITSELF? Sounds to me like that base is built on shifting sand.

Yeah, the shifter of public funds resulting in LPS being underfunded by 16 to 18 million dollars isn't the person I want promoting TRANSPARENCY. I just don't see that but then again maybe I am not supposed to.
