MR. FORD is a BRAVE man. Surely the CODE VIOLATIONS he is wanting to bring up at the BUILDING AND GROUNDS SUBCOMMITTEE are the violations to the CRIMINAL CODE. Yes, LPS has illegally taken possession of property that wasn't theirs.
That's okay they're used to crumbling the CONSTITUTION particularly the 14th AMENDMENT as it relates to GORDON COLLEGE.
The locking of the garden and removing of 18 free programs at Ford, along With the Gordon fiasco is a Crime against Children.
ReplyDeleteI would be surprised if John was to say anything negative about Dr. Latham or her actions. I am wondering if the code violations he plans on bringing up are being used to justify the closing of the garden?

ReplyDeleteMary Ellen Palermo I believe this was all started by Mike Donovan, ISD - was going to close last year because the aquaponics structure was 5 feet instead of 6 feet from building or whatever. A petition should go to him or councilors. Those donated items were for the use of Lynn people to garden and not just be stored in an unused gated area
We have the list of violations, all small stuff, easily fixable. This was the plan all along, once Dr. Crane retired. Ford School is all about the MCAS scores. New Principal marches to Latham's tune. Sad!
