How else can you explain it? To make such a BONE-HEADED comment that smacks of Civil or Human rights violations (Ah heck, let's throw in ethical) is an accidental slip of the tongue, I don;t see our MENSA MAYOR MAKING. I mean STACY probably wasn't too disappointed she didn't get the job.
We all know there are easier principalships coming up. And with her carefull calculated callous remarks TIM gets to play the victim for picture perfect political propaganda!
