PARENTS PUT OFF?

Now I requested last year's attendance and academic records from MARSHALL for my daughter Monday. I got them yesterday no problem.

BUT.....

they came to me in a plain white envelope with NO RETURN address. No cover letter, just the records were included.

HMM.....,

what does that say?

EITHER.....

they TARGETED me because I am such a pain in the %$#. Excuse me for being paranoid,

OR

there is a terrible lack of professionalism in the office over there.

Either way there is not a good answer, NOT  TOO PARENT FRIENDLY
