MAKING MARSHALL WAVES
I got a LETTER TO THE EDITOR I just submitted to the ITEM about Phelan, Facebook, and moves that MARSHALL is making. Let's see if it makes PRINT there before I print it here because the story will not be so much what I say but if they let me say it.
