Once again a lot of NEW HIRES for TEACHER are NOT CERTIFIED for their position, 5 out of 7 actually. This not-so-secret intel comes from the PUBLISHED AGENDA given at the last LSC meeting. LPS is safe though because you don't need a LICENSE TO FAIL.
