SINCE tomorrow is the big LPOBE MEETING http://uneducacion.blogspot.com/2012/12/lpobe-meeting-121212.html.
It would be the perfect opportunity for CANDIDATE CROWLEY to read another prepared statement stressing the safety of our students.
SEEING that TROUBLING TEACHER will be in court tomorrow, the timing for his sincere outrage to be opportunely expressed at this most of opportune times.
Fact 1,Saltzman,a teacher at Lynn English was arrested and charged with marijuana distribution

Fact 3,Lynn teachers are not randomly drug tested
Fact 4,Teachers and others using drugs,having drugs and giving drugs to the children is an extremely serious safety issue
Fact 5,Yes Crowley was a city councilor and is a candidate
Fact 6,Crowley is also a parent (whose daughter had the teacher arrested)
Move on Stan...there is no story here! Crowley did not say anything and the Item did not print anything that was not a fact. You however, have no proof or facts to back up your absurd claim that the one and only reason Crowley spoke at the school committee meeting was to gain votes.
FACT CHECK # 4: It is true that If this were true that would be a serious concern. But what proof do you have that it is true? And if so, do you have any proof that it is widespread? Are you willing to pay the costs of the proposed RANDOM TESTING. Chicken Little said the sky is falling to, should we issue everybody umbrellas.
DeleteHave I touched a nerve? Of course that was not my intention. But now that we are throwing facts around, printing CANDIDATE CROWLEY'S suggestion that teacher should be subjected to random drug testing is an opinion, not a FACT. My INNOCENT questions are no more absurd.
ReplyDeleteWhat was printed was an article about his speech to the school committee expressing his opinion as a parent,taxpayer,resident and voter.Just like the Item printed several articles about the opinion of you and some others that the superintendents position should be posted.I didn't hear or see you complain about them printing that NON-FACT.And you never post questions,you post absurd innuendos.If you have an opinion about something,just post it.Like everyone,you are entitled to have one.Just leave out the nonsense...it's getting old!
