HOW CAN IT BE FOR LEVEL THREE?

Perhaps LPS was just in the CHRISTMAS SPIRIT or the more politically correct had a little HOLIDAY HI-JINX. It seems that all our LEVEL III schools are going to spend thousands of dollars each for a non-mandated study to assess why we are FAILING. Don't we already spend enough on data manipulation?

I hear these assessments are going to take 2 1/2 days and be in the  price range of $2100.

I'll tell you  much faster. Too many kids, too little space and not enough books. When you make out the check, don't forget I am a JR.

  1. Really? This supposedly so well-educated administration that are paid exhorbitant salaries really do not know why we have level 3 and failing schools? Here's a hint...over-crowded classrooms, not enough classrooms,under-qualified teachers, deplorable learning environments, decrepit and unsafe school buildings, and an administration that obviously hasn't got a clue!

  2. And all this happened in the last few years...I don't think so,...these are problems inherent of a city. Did dr Latham cause unsafe buildings, over crowding, etc tc no....and there is a fight for every issue ...and check salaries at other comparable districts...no over paying here ...these are people with high educational degrees ...they are not walmart workers.

    1. Yes some, not all,are people with high educational degrees..that's my point! Yet,they really have no idea why we have level 3 and failing schools? I bet even "Walmart workers" know why we do. Also,no one said Latham caused unsafe buildings,over-crowding,etc and no one said all this happened in the last few years.

    2. The increase in Level 3 schools from 7 to 12 did happen under Latham's watch.
