Marshall site selection poses challenges, say city, committee members
If I remember right and my big old ears didn't deceive me, I thought the MSBA didn't give us an option of whether to rehab the old or build a new one. They even demanded the building of a WOTRING WING (not really, but if they expect you to believe all of the stuff they tell you maybe I could fool you).
THERE WILL BE A NEW MARSHALL (with a WOTRING WING).
The land grab will be interesting. If the new school is put where the park is now then state law requires that the park be rebuilt at another location. Where things go will have all kind of political implications.

joke our public bidding laws are. Then we can choke another
neighborhood with diesel fumes from the dynamic compaction
process and truck away tons more of toxic debris while in-
sufficiently supporting the entire structure. Then we can watch it sink and spends tens more millions repairing it. Oh wait, been there done that. I think ultimately they will
only deviate slightly from this story, with another dis-aster to ensue, cause this is the gang that can't shoot straight.
