Once again LPS pays some BIG BUCKS, $25,745, to carry the mail between departments. This seems like such a waste to me when we got all those parked cars of the DEPUTIES paid for. They could be packed up an used as a delivery wagon.
Or heaven forbid, we could use the US Postal Service, I mean you don't even have to lick the stamps any more. Good ole LATHAM LICKS can be used for other things.
