We have a line in this year's SPECIAL EDUCATION budget for $58,835 for PRIOR YEAR UNPAID bills. Funny thing though we had one last year for EXACTLY the same amount. What gives? I mean do we have a bill we regularly don't plan to pay.
Being poor has made me a veteran of not paying bills on time and they usually don't give you that experience for free. There's a little thing called penalties that pay the price for your fiscal education.
Just think DR. LATHAM, IF WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR PENALTIES WE COULD HAVE GIVE YOU A LARGER RAISE.

Ask Mennino where the money is going? Thats right you will not get an answer back because she is never in the office. The School Committee just keeps voting on giving away SPED money. THANKS CHARLIE GALLO AND MAYOR KENNEDY for always being the third and fourth VOTES to screw our children. You must be so PROUD!
