On August 2, MADAM MANGLER AND HER THREE MISFITS, GALLO, CAPANO, ANDFORD are set to parade the following, already approved budget before what they hope will be a naive and unsuspected public. Once the deal is done the next thing that will be passed is the longnecks that JUGGLING JUDY loves.

I am supposing that's the one they are going to prresent to the PUBLIC on AUGUST 2.
HOWEVER......,
it doesn't reflect the BACKROOM deals for the 15+% Raise to CATHE and her princiPALS. Is this legal? There has got to be some OPEN MEETING LAW violation. I fly back into town Tuesday and I plan to go see ATTORNEY MIHOS about this andif I don't get satisfaction, it's a short ride to SALEM to the DA's office.
