Perhaps the reason we are dealing with a BATTLE OVER A BOGUS BUDGET is because there is some confusion over words that start with the same PREFIX. How can we expect MATH people to get at the ROOT of what appears to be literally a literal TRANSgression?
Even I always have trouble with that TRANSlucent/TRANSparent thing. We are fortunate that in the 2013 LPS BUDGET to have both. Thanks to posting the budget on-line 2013 School Department Budget (Proposed) we can see that we can't see.
In fact the raises to the princiPALS that we can't see plus the 25 K boost to the SUPERINTENDENT'S SALARY were made in a back, DARK room, free from the risk of EXPOSURE. Still the ACTUAL SALARY of our esteemed SUPERINTENDENT has managed to come to light. Remember the 268,000 points of light?
