I have learned from some of my teacher friends (yes I do have SOME friends even if they are imaginary) that no NEW cases will be opened the rest of the year. Surprisingly this has little to do with SEQUESTRATION or any swan dives off any FISCAL CLIFFs. Actually this is an annual occurrence, though it may be a little early this year. Students needs are tied to a calender.
Maybe it is not illegal or even wrong but it just seems strange to me that some of these SIX FIGURE ADMINISTRATORS get a three month working vacation before the final school bell rings for the year.
