GRADUATION RATES GO UP

According to a PRESS RELEASE put out by the Dept. of ELEMENTARY and SECONDARY EDUCATION, the state's four year graduation rate has improved for the sixth year in a row. They said the dropout rate fell to 2,3%, the lowest rate in decades. There are other numbers out there but this is SUNDAY and it is their press release, Good news is good news... unless... well we won't go there.

I seem to remember DR. LATHAM saying LYNN was second from the top in the URBAN DISTRICT subcategory.
