At last LSC meeting DR. LATHAM did publicly acknowledge the donation of two microscopes to the FORD SCHOOL by MARBLEHEAD HIGH senior AARON ROTHBARD. There seemed to be a lack of enthusiasm for this gift but AARON'S absence from the THURSDAY night meeting probably dampened the celebration.
Nonetheless SCHOOL COMMITTEE SECRETARY TOM IARIBINO was instructed to draft a letter of gratitude.
