Seems like CHARLIE GALLO didn't break no laws and supposedly got his STATE MANDATED traing just in the nick of time. No laws were broken, well maybe a little bended. That's what lawyers do, good ones anyway.
People downtown supposedly were snickering anyway. I heard since there was no penalty for this infraction. So much for no harm, no foul. I know they might say there's no OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, but there was plenty of DESTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
