The HIGHLANDS COALITION will repeat their wildly successful event where community members took turns reciting a speech by LYNN's own, former slave and abolitionist leader FREDRICK DOUGLASS on July 3rd at HIGHROCK PARK this year again on July 3rd.
BUT....,
if you can't wait or don't want to wait that long to pay homage to one of LYNN'S LEADERS from the past, you can attend this event, timed in conjunction with BLACK HISTORY month:
