OLD DRINKING (AND DRUGGING) GAMES

You know I was researching, trying to look things up because of a inquiry from one of my WATCH watchers wondering if LSC lawyer JOHN MIHOS did some things a while back that did not reflect well on LPS. Words like ATTEMPTED BRIBERY and DUI were bandied about.

Now I like looking at a train wreck as much as the next guy so I had to go on ITEMLIVE.COM and look. Now here is what I found: Bar owners' lawyer hit with OUI. Now because it was published in 2010 they wanted me to PAY to see the story. Have I mentioned lately that I am POOR?

Now the way I see it if I want to find out details I have a couple of options: 1). I could ask you guys to comment and flesh out the details or 2). I could make stuff up again. The latter idea seems a might bit risky, I mean this guys a LAWYER and he might sue me for everything I have (Boy would he be disappointed).

Nothing must have came of it because he is still there and nothing ever gets swept under the rug in this town. It's not : "WHO YOU KNOW AND ON WITH THE SHOW", not LYNN. Innocent until proven guilty or something like that.

I do think it's funny in kind of hypocritical way that a year later, this was the story LPS was looking at: Lynn proposes drug testing for temp school hires. Did that mean you  could drink on the job if you were an old employee?

To continue the comedy at our expense, we only need to look back at what spurred that proposal :Lynn teacher's aide arrested on drug charges. The disposition of this case was kept kind of hush-hush or at least, I never knew. Maybe not to me, but it was of RELATIVE concern to some.

After all, LPS wouldn't want to PROMOTE this sort of behavior.

  1. Good for you Stanley, now share ALL of this with the real media, FOX NEWS, 7 NEWS, NECN etc.
After all, the Daily Item is NOT real news.
    Way to go......

Now research, Carrasscco SECTION 8 fraud! She is having tenants pay more than the LHA/Sec 8 laws require. Using her job (career center on union street) to get votes.
Starrbard and Ethics violations (per latham), Mayor Aid Chalmers and her new hubby Fountain (who is a lynn cop)slug fest, lots of loud fighting going on since they were married, I hear her new BFF Lisa Nerickk is involved too!
I guess what goes around really does come around!!!
This should keep you busy for the rest of the summer Stanley.

  3. Hey Holly maybe you should mind your own business. What goes around does come around and maybe you should keep that in mind when your mouth engages before your brain.

  4. Apparently you anonymous people know each other. I don't think we have been formally introduced.

    1. Some of us anonymous people are on the inside and really want to keep our jobs. We do get some good info though.

  5. The fact that LPS does not drug test EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE (temporary and permanent)is unacceptable!! Every employee should be drug tested before being hired and should also have random drug tests performed throughout their employment. Also when the Lynn Police do the drug sweeps at the schools, they should do them to every locker, desk, classroom, office and teachers lounge. Having the kids and teachers stay in the classrooms while only lockers are checked is not very efficient or effective. What's the point of having the dogs only sniff out the lockers, when teachers, other staff members and students could have drugs in their desks, bags, purses, pockets, etc.?

  6. Your kidding right...what about every other work place. How about the bus drivers, doctors offices, churches, playgrounds, homes??? Scary people you all are!

    1. What about them?? If you are asking if other work places such as bus drivers and doctor's offices should perform drug testing on thier employees, then the answer is absolutely!! Most employers today do actually perform drug testing on their employees, so it really is not a big deal to anyone (except of course those employees who are using drugs) If you believe parents like me who feel that teachers and all other LPS employees should be drug tested to make sure they are not using drugs are scary, I am going to have to assume you are not a parent. What is scary to me is having those whose care my child is in using and possessing drugs. Imagine what could have happened if that teacher's aide at Ford had acutally dropped the opiates in the school and a child found? That my friend is scary!!

    2. The drug sweeps include all aspects of the buildings, offices, hallways bathrooms, classrooms staff etc. Nothing is omitted.

    3. Actually, you are incorrect. I know this because I asked Officer Ferrari myself.

    4. No, I'm not. They've come through my classroom and have been in the main office as well as a few other offices.

    5. Again, I have spoken to Office Ferrari, who is in charge of the schools and I was told they do not. The children and teachers remain in the classrooms while the lockers are searched and the officers and dogs never enter these classrooms. I am sure I still have the email conversation between Officer Ferrari and myself if you would like me to post it.

    6. Yes, I know him well, but I've been there, seen it, been stuck in a lock down for hours, etc. and if the students and teachers are to remain in the classrooms, then why are most bags of weed found in the gym offices, locker rooms, bathrooms, hallways, parking lot etc. Oh yeah, it's because the kids start texting about the search and they all get rid of the evidence. Teacher's are told in advance too.

    7. I would recommend you contact Kevin Coppinger for factual information regarding the routine drug searches that are conducted at the schools. I just received an email from him confirming that complete searches of all offices, classrooms, teachers lounges, etc. are NOT conducted during these searches.

    8. Remember, what people say and what people do are not always the same. I don't take too much stock in what people say, especially from the administration, actions speak louder than words.
Honestly, I don't care where they look. I think they should check everywhere but, I'm allergic to dogs.

  7. Who is holly?
I am a parent with a child in the LPS system. I chose to remain anonymous due to previous retalition by the administration at LPS. My dealings with this city have been difficult and making sure my child recieves what she deserves is all I am asking for. I pay taxes, work daily and do not get any assistance such as , Welfare, DCF etc.
If I could move out of this city I would. But, it is something I can not afford to do at this time. So, if I am discussing my opinions and feelings about what has happened to me and my child at the hands of LPS staff, then I have the right to do so! Just like you do and Stanley does!
After all, it is suppose to really be all about our children!
