As demonstrated in the COOK PARK CAPER, we surely need to learn more about YOUTH VIOLENCE.
I just wonder though after going to a few events like the LYNN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION'S program on youth, some HIGHLANDS COALITION meetings and listening to representative who are starting up the YOUTH COUNCIL, if maybe we need to listen to the voices of our youth.
