Cause it's the DARK ages over at ENGLISH. What cubicle did STRANGIE crawl out of? DISTRACTION, distraction? That is the line of reasoning proponents of shorts used in support of their arguement, claiming that being overdressed in the warm weather and the uncomfortableness caused makes it harder to concentrate on their work.
Undaunted by progress, COMMANDANT STRANGIE yearns for a time when all students would wear UNIFORMS. "All the COOL kids would wear them."
