Here is a thought. Is the MAYOR engaging in WIDESPREAD CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS by refusing to fund the schools at 100% (Let's get REAL we probably won't hit 95%)?
Think about this. Who will dissproportionately suffer due to this failure? Not the city officials who just voted for exorbitant raises. It is almost if they are treating those affected

It not that it is subhuman! It's called corruption and poor performance not just in the school! They do not want a more engaged resident in this city, because most of the LPS and City Hall would have been tossed a long time ago.It's not about bettering the city for them, it's about robbing the coffers before some one catches on!
