Before I get started on the mess that is the budget I want to spend a minute on some totally unacceptable professional behavior by DR. LATHAM, NEVER BEFORE HAVE I SEEN SUCH A DISPLAY OF CHILDISH BEHAVIOR by a professional educator let alone one that we are paying over $200,000 a year.
What excuse could she legitimately give for apparently refusing to get in the picture with the MAYOR,LSC member DONNA COPPOLA, and DR. CRANE when DR. CRANE was presented with a NATIONAL AWARD fora NATIONAL ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL MENTOR PROGRAM CERTIFICATIO
It is no secret about LATHAM'S dislike for DR. CRANE but this latest display of childish behavior deserves reprimand for the highest paid city employee, It is no wonder MORAL is so low.
