Even before my cataract surgery I was still able to see "THE LIE OF THE LAND" in Lynn FISCAL CARTOGRAPHY.
The Mayor has said the schools are being treated "really well" by getting a 9% raise in spending over last year. Okay......
I just don't know how we are supposed to be believe in this raise when JUDY, HERSELF stated that we are NOT fully fund in the schools but instead coming in closer to the 95% required for NET SCHOOL SPENDING requirements that the STATE demands.
Yet we are supposed to believe a 5% DEFECIT is really a 9% increase.
If JUDY CAN SELL THIS I THINK NEXT SHE OUGHT TO TRY AND SELL TREASURE MAPS TO DUNGEON ROCK!
