Not only was oil discovered on the proposed new MARSHALL site, it is light, clean fuel oil, already refined.. It is also well contained in a secure tank. We are so lucky......
BECAUSE.....
they found someone to take it for FREE. Now I don't think that actually means they will pay for the cost of pumping it in their tank. We don't operate no self-serve filling station. And we are talking tens of thousands of gallons.
We may not wash their windshield but we are going to scrub the fuel tank before we leave it under the new school site. Some day in the future an archealogical dig will rediscover it along with other foundations left there from days gone by.
The MA HISTORICAL COMMISSION still has to sign off on the building site too because as I hope LPS learns HISTORY MATTERS. Maybe they can quit ignoring the LYNN MUSEUM now.
