MARSHALL STUDENT GETS THE BOOT FOR GIVING THE BOOT
Yeah it's not good to get bad publicity. The worst thing for me is not what happened but apparently how long it was happening BEFORE action was taken that stopped it. Stuff is going to happen, kids will be kids. They make mistakes but it is our job to teach them.
Though I wonder just what we are teaching them, It took apparently several serious instances of this belligerent behavior before it was successfully, hopefully stopped. We need to take a more assertive position in classroom control.
WE NEED TO BE PROACTIVE NOT REACTIVE.
FRAME THE MEDIA TO CONTROL THE MEDIA.
