KEEPING (EVEN) STEVEN

You got to say our MCAS scores are BALANCED at least in 8th grade SCIENCE. Our score in the ADVANCE or PROFICIENT (who's kidding who we got no advanced) our 17 was less than half the STATE score of 43 WHILE we had 44 in FAILING which was more than double the STATE avg. of 20.

  1. Are we going to talk about how Sewall Anderson moved up to level 1 or Hood up to level 2? How Tech improved in math & ela? Oh wait, that's positive stuff.... lol nvm ;)

    1. You just did. I don't have any data on LEVELS so I have no reason to contest you. If that's TRUE, GOOD FOR THEM, I try and report positive things that are happening too. Though that's what 3 out 26? With a batting average like that you can play for the RED SOX.

    2. Maybe you should actually read up on all of the MCAS stuff before posting your negative commentary. How do you write about stuff that you only have a surface understanding of?

BTW 10/24 schools are Levels 1 or 2.

    3. Thank you for updating me on those LEVEL numbers. As I said I don't have those LEVEL numbers. Looks like only 14 out of 24 are actually LEVEL 3 or 4. I feel better.
