WE NEED THE KIPP KONNECTION - MORE ON THE DEBATE IN A MINUTE

Excuse me, a little housecleaning first. Yesterday my wife and son were on the bus. He had to use last years student bus pass because his "Pickering Pass". My wife witnessed approximately ten KIPP students TAP AND GO. Why is that? What makes them so special they get more favorable treatment than LPS? Someone should call attention to this discrepancy.
