The PHELAN FACEBOOK FLAP ON TEACHERS AS FRIENDS diverts from the real issue. Kids bully other kids, not teachers. Teachers can TEACH the proper way to behave. RICK STARBARD is proposing what I feel is the proper policy, limited interaction - not ABSOLUTE EXCLUSION.

District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett said “cyber bullying” reports to his office “are off the charts” with prosecutors zeroing in on teenagers who used Facebook, Twitter and other social media to harass their peers.
