Being a POET and when first looking at the FY15 budget I get goosebumps. Even in these fiscally troubling times, the tota budget for FINE ARTS is increasing over $150,000 this year. Looks like we are even adding an ELEMENTARY ART teacher.
What I do find troubling though is not $1 of the $2.4 MILLION is coming from some kind of GRANT. Don't we PAY someone or two to beat the bushes for that? I have just one word for them" "GOOGLE".
