CHUCK SLAMS MADAME MAYOR IN GRUDGE MATCH

Okay it really wasn't REAL but it is called ENTERTAINMENT.  Maybe we need to rename CHUCK, "Nature Boy", because he does have a FLAIR for the dramatic like HALL OF FAME WWE SUPERSTAR RIC FLAIR.

Last night at the LSC SPECIAL MEETING on the FY15 budget through the chair (that would be the MAYOR, JUDY) if DR.LATHAM knew what the recommendation was of the MASS SUPERINTENDENT's organization was in regards to waiving the penalty for school districts that did not fund at 97.5% of the NET SCHOOL SPENDING level was.

"Hold On there,  ATTORNEY CHUCK!" The MAYOR tried to end the match before it started with a patent FLAIR move, the FIGURE FOR. By that I mean the actual FIGURE FOR the acceceptable NSS amount. Basically she said, "First of all CHUCKLES, I want to talk LAW and this SUPER SOCIETY says 'Don't mean SQUAT' and don't be asking questions you already  the answers too since you asked the same one last meeting".

CHUCK countered with since the cameras were rolling there might be some viewers out there that never saw the last meeting, a move that SLICK RIC would have been proud of.

MADAME MAYOR screamed MERCY, "go ahead and have your little show" and stormed out of the room. I can only assume it was to make some sort of adjustment because "her panties were in a wad" after that exchange. You see she was probably also a little embarassed that she was outsmarted and fell into CHUCK'S trap on the other part of her objection on how she only wanted to talk about the law since you see the LAW says NSS spending should be at 95% at least and we are missing even that.

CHALK ONE UP FOR CHUCK.

(this post is dedicated to my childhood friend, favorite writer, and FLAIR fan, JEFF TOQUINTO, a WV boy whose work I have shared many times)

  1. Why is it difficult for adults to have a civil conversation? When ego goes before content it destroys intent.

The mayor is not ultimately right, but it appears she did get sucker punched by Chuckles. I mean, they both serve on the same board, and members should communicate with one another prior to air time. The mayor doesn't handle things well when she is taken by surprise. This could have been handled productively if she knew where he was coming from.

    1. The MAYOR was technically annd legally right to NOT allow a discussion. It was a LOW blow by CHUCK but in HIS defense, "What else could he throw?"/

    2. Funny.

Is this true? The mayor has a legal right to not allow a discussion?
With this being questioned, Charlie did have a right to be heard at the council public hearing when the discussion was open. He did not appear.

  3. It isn't right to shut someone up by saying things like "Have your show".
We have a thing in this country called Freedom of Speech.
The mayor would have sounded better by saying "Have your show now" or did she ask why he hasn't spoken up all these before deciding to run for big office?

  4. These meetings must be faster... the MAYOR was upset that GALLO interrupted her DRINKING SCHEDULE!
