HOLDING THE ITEM ACCOUNTABLE

Dear Editor,

I find it hard to believe any attempt was made to contact me for any comments as suggested in today's article..There are multiple ways to get in touch with me. I am all over Facebook and the Internet, I have contacted you by e mail numerous times. My contact information is also available at CITY HALL.

In effect I believe this snub was a conscious decision to continue to IGNORE my candidacy. Surely you can provide records to back up your attempts.

Sincerely,

Stanley H. Wotring, Jr.

  1. Give it a break, Stan. You're just not that important. You're a legend in your own mind. Or is this just your idea of satire?

    1. Stan,
Phil Ouellette, of The Daily Item is a board member of the Chamber of Commerce. If you haven't noticed, the Item favors the mayor because she is in the click that has invaded the Chamber of Commerce. This click is also the Item's #1 advertiser.

The thing people don't realize is that there is a girl in the good ol boy network. If you fight against her, which you have, the network will shut you out.

    2. Stanley,
When did the Item contact you today to interview? Was it after this post or comment?

      Hi Stanley
I did not ignore you. I called the only number I had for you three times and I got a recording stating the line had been disconnected each time. When I did a search for your face book page I found Trippy's but not yours. I know you have the blog but short of posting a comment, which I suppose I should have done-I couldn't find a contact or email address for you. I apologize. If you would like to do a story on how you plan to come from behind or to let people know you're still in the game-let's do it. I'm not in until 1:30 on Monday-- and I have an appointment then. Tuesday I'm working the night shift but Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are wide open.
      Chris

    4. This still doesn't explain why the Item has not previously replied to your emails.
