Let me say this, I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE THE BROOKLINE AVE. SITE IS CONTAMINATED
BUT....,
here is where I am coming from:
1). I am concerned as much by the proximity of the RAILROAD TRACKS as the LYNN PLASTICS site where I believe COMPOUNDING went on. I believe you all have heard about the dangers of compounding.
2). Although by no means an expert, I have had enough chemistry to see red flags. Of course I need to get some CATARACTS taken care of on my left eye.
3). I get a little nervous by the DONE DEALNESS of it all. There is a lot of money at stake. I don't like being taken for a sucker even if there is a CYR involved. Just doesn't suit me.
