 Kennedy turns to feds for student support
A good magician gets his audience to concentrate elsewhere while they perform their slight of hand tricks. Now like a line from an old movie we are supposed to believe that these UNACCOMPANIED MINORS have picked LYNN out of all the cities in the USA to settle down into a FAILING school district.

The FEDS don't care, they would make ANY school district PAY. Whining about it obviously doesn't help. The whimpers started a year ago and we are worse off than when it started.

I say EMBRACE your problems and turn what had been perceived as a weakness into a strength. If we excelled in EDUCATING this population, monies would probably start flowing in from federal and private sources. GET AHEAD OF THE PROBLEM.

I know something about turning disabilities into strengths.
