From what I've seen, the scenario I have seen, I think the best idea is to build the classroom structure somewhere on site but keep the kids where they're at. When the classrooms are finished move the kids over then tear down the present structure and build the non-classroom parts.
This in my view be least disruptive to the students while negating the need for SWING SPACE (no renting) or BUSING.
