Lowdown on the Lockdown?

Did anyone else out there hear about the LOCKDOWN at INGALLS, Wednesday I Believe? It was around dismissal.

I know they had to wait for the police clear the area. I would have reported it earlier but I have been temporarily Internet impaired.
