Dear Maria,

At last Thursday’s Finance subcommittee and meeting of the Whole Mayor Kennedy promised to send you a letter with details of the Net School Spending agreement the next day. Myself, my readers, and some of your constituents have long been waiting for specifics of this agreement. So far none of my many letters on this subject have been answered by anyone.

The reduction of the $17 million dollar debt was substantial and significant. The public is owed an explanation outlining the logic of the negotiations and details of the seemingly secret deal.

I anxiously await your response, hopefully revealing the requested information. As always I am cc’ing all parties concerned.
