Another call today from the ATTORNEY GENERAL'S office CIVIL RIGHT'S DIVISION and with directions on how to proceed.
First make a call to the PUBLIC RECORDS DIVISION of the SECRETARY OF STATE at 617 727-2832 to request proof of any document I am allowed to see.
The next step if I am not satisfied is to contact the NATIONAL OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS at 800 921-3481.
