Good morning Mary,

Thank you for responding to my letter and offering suggestions for direction. My point in asking for the said document was to verify its existence. I have recently learned that a June 9, 2016 letter was sent from Commissioner Chester of the DESE granting approval retroactively.

While the fact it was done so in such a questionably llegal way is a little problematic, at least we can move forward down a more constructive path.
