Dear Mayor, School Committee members, and Dr. Latham,

This morning in response to my complaint about the lack of transparency surrounding the “alleged” deal to resolve the Net School Spending deficit. There has been no proof shown to me of its actual existence despite numerous written requests.

As I explained to the attorney, this could quickly be resolved with a simple production of the document. Millions of dollars are involved. She promised to look into it further and get back with me.

At this time I would urge members of the Lynn School Committee, school officials, or other members of the community who are unhappy with the lack of transparency surrounding this matter file their own complaint. It would appear to be timely.
