Dear Mayor, Lynn City Council members and members of the Lynn School Committee,

It saddens me to learn that despite having multiple playgrounds in the neighborhood and being one of the most densely populated areas in the city, that every park in the Highlands was left unstaffed for the summer. Hopefully the fact that it is a poorer, more immigrant population did not weigh into this tragic decision.to rationalize your decision

This travesty is made all the more alarming given the instability in the management of Ford School personnel and the total lack of any summer programs from the Lynn Public Schools. Where will the kids go? Undoubtedly bad behavior of the neglected children will increase which you will then use in a perverse way to rationalize your decision.

Sorry, there is no justice in discrimination.

Hopefully this absence was just an oversight and now that it has been brought to your attention, you will work collectively to rectify the situation.

Sincerely,

Stan

I inquired and was told the Ward 4 park is Sagamore this year. Not an ideal answer or location. Will keep probing. Brian
