Dear Mayor and other members of the Lynn School Committee,

A community meeting will be held on June 27, 7 pm at KIPP Academy to discuss the supposed agreement with the DESE to resolve the city’s NSS accrued debt. You are cordially invited. A public information request has already been made under the Freedom of Information Act to produce said document.

Hopefully I will have it by then and this can be a short meeting. If not I have been advised by both the Attorney General’s Office and the Secretary of States office to elevate the level of complaint to the Secretary of State’s Public Records Division. The Attorney General’s office even went so far as to suggest filing a complaint with the National Civil Right’s board in Washington and provided me with a contact.

This should be a simple matter and I am only looking for simple answers.

Sincerely,

Stan
