Well when the matter came up in last night's subcommittee there was the same result before LPS ATTORNEY JOHN MIHOS laid the hammer down.
You see, the PERSONNEL SUBCOMMITTEE was told since you didn't win last time over the doctoral requirement you lost. Under ROBERT'S RULES you can't bring the same motion back up (one that did not pass since a tie is a loss [tell that to countless soccer teams]. He stopped short of making that a ruling stating whether or not it would be allowed was the CHAIR'S (of the full committee) call and she was conspicuously absent for that meeting. Some would say it was intentional so she wouldn't have to listen to my planned and posted rant about NET SCHOOL SPENDING (okay maybe I'm the only one who would say that).
Even if ATTORNEY MIHOS was right, he probably was wrong because it wouldn't have been the EXACT same motion because committee member, LORRAINE GATELY, did some extensive research (no doubt involving GOOGLE) and came up with an admendment providing some specificity regarding just what kind of doctorate was required (Remember, lawyers are doctors too. A scary thought.)
