Dear Mayor,

Knowing that I most likely won’t get a response to my letter, I am writing it anyway. I have came to that degree of expectation due to the fact that I have written you several times over the past six plus years and have NEVER gotten a response. This time probably won’t be different.

So to make things perfectly clear, I AM REQUESTING A SIGNED COPY OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE DESE TO SATISFY THE ACCRUED DEBT PERTAING TO THE NET SCHOOL SPENDING REQUIREMENTS. By law this must be a public document to which I am entitled under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.

Failure to produce such a document would lead me to the conclusion of its nonexistence. This would force me to turn to the ATTORNEY GENERAL for fear that major fiscal malfeasance has occurred involving millions of dollars. No doubt criminal prosecution would be warranted. Unfortunately because of their own involvement in dispersing a payment to satisfy the NSS debt, all the members of city council along with the school committee could potentially face their own set of charges.

If everything was done legally this matter could quickly put to bed.

Sincerely,

Stan
