GOVERNOR PATRICK established a special program called PROJECT 351 (named such because there are 351 school districts) to recognize students for their leadership abilities. To be honest, I don't know a lot about the particulars and would welcome any schooling.

ALONDRA PEAL - MARSHALL MIDDLE SCHOOL
