Special Education Circuit Breaker funds can only be used for services that generated reimbursements. I’m sure local Lynn officials are aware of this!

More parents like Lori need to SPEAK UP AND GET INVOLVED...OCR/DOE/ADA administration, etc...file a complaint before it's too late...help the guy out who stuck his neck out for all the children...let's get going parents...has everyone been wearing rose colored glasses in this city?
