The FINANCE SUBCOMMITTEE meeting last night was kind of a disappointment. Not much meet on the bone, just a lot of yapping about the good job KEVIN has done with the figures, real clear. I would hazard a guess that the MAYOR has been tutoring him in that MENSA MATH that they (by that I mean ME!) they have been talking about.
So imagine my surprise and pleasure when I checked the LPS website this morning and found this! I almost had a BOWEL MOVEMENT BLOWOUT!

This budget has not only not been approved, they haven't even set a date to do so. My memory might be a little suspect (KEY WORD) with my BRAIN DAMAGE and all but I don't recall it being posted before the LSC approved it and all, definitely not last year.
Once it was approved and posted then by law the public has thirty days to examine it before a PUBLIC HEARING.
HEY, BUT WHO AM I TO LOOK A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH?
