Phelan mounting council comeback

The CITY COUNCIL races just heated up. I have to admit TIMMY-BOY is sort of a sentimental favorite of mine not so much about his policies and politics as much as the fun I have with alliteration. I do have to say though that good ol'boy was actually pretty good when it came to pointing out the MAYOR'S failure to fund the schools but no one listened. Then I think the last NSS balance was in the single digits last MAYORAL race. Now it's ballooned to 18 MILLION DOLLARS.
